Hi Everyone, I am late getting to write anything to you today

March 25, 2011.

The number 25 can be difficult as you go about your day. Has alot to do with struggles and challenges..or just " I need my space"! That is universally! It adds to a 7 so it is a 7 kinda day. Very introspective!

We have so much flooding here in Northern California, I 80 has been shut down for 24 hours ..it has opened to cars but all those big rigs are stuck in Nevada coming Westbound.
American military dependents landed in California today from Japan. Again they are on more soggy ground!!


We will be talking about Chakras soon so I thought for those who are new to that subject I will post a picture of the human body , showing all the chakras

There are seven Chakras, they are invisable vortexes in the physical body, these spinning wheels are suppose to be moving clockwise. When illness or dis-ease comes in they are closed or spinning in a counterclockwise direction..causing a energy blockage in the body.
So when we do a meditation or visualization to clear and cleanse. it can help the dis-ease process immensely and can heal and cure!

Put a smile on that face no matter what is going on in your life. It's free, it will make you feel happy..what do you have to lose?
